Return & Refund Policy

At Sleek & Stylish, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the requirements and process below.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided, the returned item must be received by Sleek & Stylish within 5–7 days of the return request being received.

Returns requested after the 7-day return window may not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:

• The item must be new and unworn.
• The item must be returned in its original clear garment bag.
• The SKU sticker must remain on the original garment bag.
• All original tags must be attached.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be ineligible for a refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return as long as they meet all of the return requirements listed above and the return request is submitted within the 7-day return window.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, Sleek & Stylish may deduct the total cost of the free shipping provided on the order from the customer's refund.

Exchanges

Sleek & Stylish does not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, you will need to place a new order after your original order has been refunded.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, customers must contact Sleek & Stylish within 7 days of delivery using the contact form on our website.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us and receiving return instructions

Refunds

A refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and the return has been fully processed.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

The amount refunded may be reduced by any applicable non-refundable shipping and handling charges, including the total cost of free shipping that was provided with the original order.

Returns That Do Not Meet the Requirements

Sleek & Stylish reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the return requirements outlined in this policy, including items that are worn, used, missing tags, missing the original clear garment bag or SKU sticker, or otherwise not in their original condition.
