We do not accept or ship orders to locations outside of the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time. Orders are prepared for shipment during our normal business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your package.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sleek & Stylish is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local USPS office.

For packages that are delayed or appear to be lost in transit, customers may also contact USPS directly for additional assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Sleek & Stylish will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible once an order has entered the shipping process.

If the address cannot be corrected in time and the package is shipped to the address provided at checkout, Sleek & Stylish is not responsible for the resulting delivery issue.
